All Sophie Monet Jewelry items are made by hand in Venice, California and will be shipped within 7 business days of your order transaction.

SHIPPING →
All orders are shipped through USPS Mail. Domestic shipments can arrive between 1-7 business days and international orders can take anywhere between 5-20 days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Due to USPS border policies, once a package is beyond United States border, it is no longer trackable.
An express international shipping option is also available through UPS for a higher fee.  This option, which takes between 1-3 days, includes the ability to track your shipment.
If you would like your package sent by express delivery, please contact us and we are happy to arrange what works best.
* Sophie Monet Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
* Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

DISCOUNTS → Discount codes do not apply to sale items unless otherwise noted. All sale items are final sale.

RETURNS →
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange for goods within 10 days of purchase. Shipping your product back to us will be on you, but the cost of shipping for your next order will be on us. Shoot us an email at info@sophiemonetjewelry.com for exchange  authorization.  All the jewelry is handmade to order. We do not accept returns but want you to love your jewelry and wear it - so please contact us and we'll see if we can put together an exchange for a piece you like more. All sales are final on sale or discounted items - no returns or exchanges.

REPAIRS →
If an item arrives broken or missing we will happily fix it and send it back to you. Items are fragile and should be handled with care. Sophie Monet Inc. is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items, including tarnish. Please note that Sophie Monet Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. 
Please contact us first for repair authorization.

WHY DOES THE ITEM I RECEIVED LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ONLINE? →
All Sophie Monet Jewelry is hand made to order. Colors, shapes and size may slightly vary due to the rareness of the materials. All the materials used are from the earth, not manufactured which makes each piece of jewelry unique and one of a kind. No two items will ever look exactly the same.

CARE→

Each piece is hand crafted using natural materials. Each piece of jewelry is delicate. Store in a pouch, avoid excess force to prevent cracking and store in a cool dry place. Do not expose wood to excess moisture, steam and/or water activities.

TAX→ 
There is an additional 9.75% sales tax applied to all orders placed in California.
